My char got stuck in hotan and got insta-dc.

After 1 week only [if not less] they actually unstucked my char O_o

Was i extremely lucky or JM really cares about bug reports?

They probably pay a few people to skim through the tons and tons of spam reports and found yours. So yea you got lucky.

meh, the only bug report ive ever sent to them was around 2 pages long, wrote it all formal and nice >.<
they replied by "no", and deleted the topic a day later >.<

They seem to read them. I got a char stuck at karakoram at one night when these scamming losers who got scammed by someone else were abusing Dc bugs in towns awhile ago on babel. I wrote bug reports for those cases and 2 players names that were abusing the bug in english and went to some translating site to translate it into korean and sent all of them to JM. Next morning, my char was unstuck, the two bug abusers were blocked.

"Character stuck in Hotan!

My character, KRiP2NiTe (Server Saturn) is stuck in a wall in Hotan.
Every time I log in i get instant-dc.
Can you please teleport my character to another spawn point?

Sent it once a day for 4 days and today logged in to see my char is ok ^_^

it happened to me before, after 8days, and 3 bug reports and a post on the sro forums... nothing

then 1 bug report saying that i refuse to buy silk... next day.. unstuck.

i wrote a bug report, 10 hours before inspection, to ban at least some gold bots because of the crowded areas and whoop 20k ban
