should i max at 15 and at lvl24 have a 9gap or just keep the same max 10 and 9gap at lvl 19

Lv 25 is the sweet spot, so have a 9gap at lvl 25

do it matter if someone with the same gap in my party too? will i get less sp exp and what if i have on academy buff do i get more sp too?

Well to be honest i have no idea, but for the best xp the mob has to be 11 or 12 lvls higher then you, and i heard that haven really low lvl characters in your partys gets you more xp but not sure.

the idea is that having an average level of the party lower than the level of the mob gives you double the xp.
