identity crisis/bow or glavie

I got the SP.

I lvled up my Glavie skills.. but reached the point of choosing either bow or glavie.

I am pure/str/fire.

I have about 100ksp.

Everywhere i see glaivers, but rarely any high level bow users.

Any suggestions to either stay a glaiver or be an archer?

I know the basics- glavie- dmg
bow - range

Putting PVP and Jobs into perspective, anyone more effective than the other?

I like bow because its good for people who try to run from you .

Go blade. The only con to a blade is the slow-leveling process. If you already have 100k SP, you can go with a 0 lvl gap to at least LVL 60.

I love my bow, and dislike glavie cause its so slow ^^

yea i love bow, its fun to run away from glaivers and pop a few arrows at them for pvping

get a good crit bow, and you'll own monsters too

seriously what good is the factor range when in pvp people already complain they can't kill someone cause of too much hp...
Then dmg is better than range.

I'm leaning towards he glavie still.

The Flying dragon can easily pop a running bower, especially if that glavier has phantom walk as well.

Frost nova can freeze the bower before it can pull out a strong bow, then comboes galore.

Any veteran bowers input on pvp, jobbing?

Flying dragon can't "pop" any full STR, bow or not. You can get sub heuksal for HP just like a nuker can, with all that SP. Most bow users who complain that they can't kill at a high level complain a lot less once they get devil arrow. Same with bladers and the double stab. I say, be the bow guy. You'll get a good high level bow a lot cheaper than a good high level glavie. You won't be as strong 1v1 because you lack stun, but in group fighting your critical hits will make people think twice about popping out of the safe zone.

Getting Devil BOw? Thats until what lvl 69 -_-, the bow lvls up slow in the higher levels as well too though.

Yeah the bow isn't good in 1vs1, but isn't a more effective team glavers/bladers in the front lines while the nukes do their thing from the back?

From what i've been reading, a pure str bow can be a formidible opponent against an int nuker, a crit or 2 and your done.

Then again, one stun from the glavie, and here comes the comboes.

Don't you love the game's balance.
