My char got blocked for chargeback??? (unbanned)

I charged some silk using paypal - 200 to be exact. And i tried to log on it this morning and it says blocked for chargeback?? I havent charged back **** all, whats the deal??

well mods just lock this topic, i was looking for advice on what to do and how to resolve the issue. i do have a disputed transaction thats under investigation of $10 or 100 silk on pay pal but im not quite sure on how to resolve it.

Paypal may of blocked the transaction or put a temp hold on it. Your best bet is to get in touch with paypal by phone or email and find out what happened.

Get them to release the funds and contact Joymax that they have sent the funds and to unblock your account which could sadly take 27 working days.

we cant tell what you did wrong but you must have done something wrong that's why you got blocked.. to get unblocked say it was a mistake and pay them back and get pay pal to send them a email saying that it was paid back and your account will be on blocked after a few days..

well that's at least not the worst news in the world.. worst news would be that there was nothing on your paypal; ie someone else charged silk and chargebacked.. THEN you'd be completely screwed.

I believe you need to talk with paypal and get that original transaction reversed and have paypal email JM to get the ban lifted. Something like that.. there's a copypasta the mourningdews use on the official forums if you want to go look for that.

EDIT: in the mean time i sent paypal an email to explain why the transaction is disputed...

Good Luck..it happend to me once to..Bought 400 silk...played for 2 hour and then dc, tryed to get on and it said Blocked for chargeback.

But the dif between ur case and mine is JM did Get the money atleast that what payPal told me when i phoned them.

But JM refuse to lift the Block so i lost a sun bow and some nice gear.

that was 2½ years ago and they still refuse to unblock it.

somehow, of late, i noticed there have been some X% risk of getting a false chargeback block due to paypal.

update: It happens that paypal launched an enquiry for whatever reason, and I had to confirm it was me and not some fraudster. So i did that now joymax needs to unban me. the only thing paypal told them was that they were launching an enquiry on the transaction, nothing to do with chargeback. But then again joymax, being the beautiful cunt juice sippers they are go ahead and ban me for 100 years anyway.

Anyway, Paypal now released his account or whatever but are refusing to e-mail or contact Joymax in any way. They said he can send them the e-mail that they sent him clearing his account of fraudulence to JM, but I don;t know if that would help?
