Updates en Inspection Problem

Always when i start the silkroad launcher i get everyday this problem "the server is undergoing inspection or updates visite .......... for more info" and when i close it i cant press on start can someone pls help me

this problem was posted on another forum and this answer was provided.
go to My Computer>WINDOWS>system32>drivers>etc>and open 'Hosts" file with note pad. under your local host IP type

"222.111.150.111 gwgt1.joymax.com"

minus the quotes of course. helped people on that forum so maybe it will help you. good luck.
