for my bardlock...
should i get just moving march and noise and my warlock skills with a 3 gap or so
or get hte bard skills and have a 4 gap?
because if i have the bard skills cant i get into high lvl partiess... which would help with getting sp anyway

Wouldn't just warlock itself need more than a 4 gap? It's one of the SP eater builds. On my bard I took the extra skills too such as Tambour, Hit March and the Dances. They can help a lot in partys.
