This isn't much but you can view a little bit of Islamic race in this trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsK_aNaL2xY. He uses Katars. And while doing some of the quest, if you actually read it. One of the guys in Donwhang, from a level 60ish quest, mentions being beaten by an islamic summoner. That's all I got. Enjoy.

first it will be 10dg and some fortress(bandit den ,dw,hotan etc) then will be add islam but it will be a loooooooooooooooooooooong way so just wait till ksro add them
