bless? i just run around for 40 seconds, i dont use snowshield when i pvp its just so unfair to every1 else that dont have it.

firewall then lion shout wizzards. they suck at pvp, they suck a lot.

outside buffers are lame. again i just run around and in safezone waiting for them to run out however im usually getting abuse like. HAHAHA MOOB DONT WNA PVP ME!! when im like.... u have 30+ str and int... 30+ mag attack damage and phy attack damage... bless x2 on....fence mag and phy...what a noob.

prems are a disadvantage but the suits are fine... they dont reli take a huge edge on pvp imo.

1v1 pvp is not fair towards euro builds, just like how party/buffers isn't fair towards Chinese builds.

It's hard to set up a valid pvp system, espeically with support builds like bard and clerics. Kills alone shouldn't constitute who the "best" pvper is anymore.

i guess you have not pvp against a cleric/bard at lvl90...they are the hardest to kill. one offering is all it will take to kill anyone including warrior with vital buff.

I'm really sick of how everybody hates on wizards as a pvp build. Sure, we're not as good as warrior/clerics, and I know there are a lot of moronic wizards who run around with LT and nuke lower levels, but it CAN pvp 1v1 if done properly.

Back on topic, I don't think cape pvp is that bad on Alexander. Most people at cap are reasonable and won't pvp with buffs on. Some people with suns will even pvp with a non-sun to make it fair. Occasionally you have an idiot who logs on a team of cleric and bards to buff himself, but that's when you call your friends to come help you . I do agree with your point about outside buffers and suns in job pvp though.

for now a simple solution is to pvp at a spot of your choosing
for example go to constan, go out the north gate, go north a little way and you can pvp there with your opponent, setting the rules you will do pvp
there are lots of spots you can pvp
people seem to go to pvp at the gates because they want to see who they can kill, and have others see them kill
if you get ganged up on, that shows you are strong
if every one leaves you alone you are super strong or no one cares about you
pvp is something you choose, if you dont like the way its going, make changes as far as you can, or dont do it, or play it as it is

the few times I go is to test my new strength, know what i can kill and what i can't, and try to figure ways to do it, its like sparring to train my skills the same as grinding is training my strength, but i'm not a big fan of cape pvps, hardly ever find fair fights, then there is some random as-s high lvl wizard that keep spawn camping all the low lvls cause they can't win a fight against their lvl, alot of the cape fights mean nothing cause it is such chaos, jobbing and wars are more interesting to me, but the wars in this game are lacking in my opinion, just kill for points or time, no objectives.

I've always been an objective oriented player, capture the flag i love, though joymax fails at capture the flag concept 1 kill = same as winning game... lame ctf map... nothing to prevent spawn camping. It pisses me off when noobs take your flag but stay in the room and kill you for another 10 minutes, thats not the point of the game. Ya i know WoW has good pvp modes, they got CP games, they got capture the flag, and others, their CTF you can actually register for to be auto matched or host your own game and your teams. Only I don't really like the whole horde vs alliance thing that resounds over everything in the game, but at the same time it is kinda cool having a constant human enemy.

Simple fix to everyones problems.

Two options.

Remove the shit gayfck ass capes. They ruin jobbing, therefore they ruin the game.

OR

Make it where chinese can't be in ANY form of party while caped. And make it where euro can't cape up unless being in a share party. That fixes the pvp for both sides.

then i teleport out past the guy and cast the fire wall. fire wall casting is quicker then a euro nuke. then 2 lion shouts will kill a pure int wiz. if they have better gear or they are hyb. 1 nuke will do it... 14k at lvl 76 will kill any wiz pretty much. then i just cast fire wall. wait for the guy to try to kill me again and repeat. if i see bless again i either try to kill, or run for 1min. if you are a wizzard and think you can kill me on uranus whatever lvl. pm me...

Wizard just get an outside cleric or a warrior to skin him ... remember sro pvp system

But not to go offtopic : if you don't like sro pvp system then leave the game because it will never change.

how do i handle Chinese with snow on, with my wizard, easy i avoid them till its over and let loose, as long as they aren't using a loader or pk2, I won't loose unless my target has godlike gear, guildwar/ jobbing, i'll just wait them out, cape pvp is semi stupid with wizard though but like every one else charged wind + meteor you are now dead before you could hit me and its more then enough to take out the average str my lvl, now d9 will be different cause i know every blues the hell out of their gear and i won't nuke hard enough for that to work any more, but meh i may not even play my wizard any more. I got talked into playing my old warrior again since i'm basicly awesome at tanking, and we're lacking good tanks.

But who cares if people whine cause you are using snow shield, I mean you spent the sp to get it, its a skill not a cheat like alot of them are using anyways, i say snow shield UP

I never being gang when I actually ask to pvp some1 or even when I'm equip with a cape, just walk around without any1 jumping to kill me, mainly because I don't bother any1 with their pvp as well...if you are with ur guild for example and act like a child one day killing every1 or attacking random players u are most likely to get the same treatment when u are alone pvping,

I like to take on challenges from players that have sun "weapon" or maybe 1 or 2 sun pieces as well makes u feel that you have accomplish something great specially if u don't have any kind of sun with u.

I pvp. the Sun glavier on troy that won the summer event 2x. and I won both times, it does give u a sense of accomplishment after winning.....full sun is another story, only would bother if I had a sun weapon.

I am not sure how you would expect to nuke me for 14k if I have a shield, cleric buffs, and charity passives on myself, which is what I would do when fighting nukers. Over heal, glut heal, over heal. If that didn't kill you I'd simply wait for your snow to drop, or my bless to cool down. Sure you can run for 45 secs (and I'd chase you), but I can tank you for two minutes while it cools down.

Good luck against a wizard/warlock. If the reflect doesn't get you, massive debuffs and a nuke will. Not to mention if they use the sleep/trap.
