Critical or high damage

My character is a pure str/bow fire as element level 27. I have currently been buying bows with a high critical and passing on bows with +3 and a low crit.

What is more important a plain bow with 9-10or higher critical or a +3 bow with a 5 or lower critical?

Always go for a bow with a higher crit. You can put the +s on yourself.

I just get bows with +3 or up and high crits ^^

If you are levelling very fast and you aren´t pvping / do jobs alot then I would personally go with +3. But it´s other case at higher levels when you are levelling slower and want to invest on your weapon, then I would take bow with higher crit.
