Pure int bow

I think i shall start a pure int bow char.. and was wondering..

What series shall i max in / bow skill / Cold skill /

And btw. shall i use Garment or Protecter.

I want to go with Garment but. isnt that a little risky?
But then i think again, i use ice so the enemies wont go near me. i guess >_>

i have a bow and use bow skill, and have ice bufs and fire for attacking, dunno if it is the best but i like them most. I just switched from armour to protector, and its working fine for me. I do suggest wearing armor till you reach monster that use magical attacks, so till lvl 29 or so. But i am pretty new myself >.<

if u find yourself taking alot of dmg or dieing frequently, change to prot or armour.

i mean as in real life archer ??

ever noticed how well trained those ppl are , and how thay have strong physical physiques ??

thats like the hint that bows = str
int is not for bows ,

well trust me missy, i have seen more archers then u ever will. and btw.. u have to use anything that is kinda range.. and isnt bow that?.
Dont think spear is working very well as a mage weapon in this game.

u want me to fight the enemies with garment cloths?

hehe , lets just say you can also 2 shot or 3 shot those things instead of 4 to 5 shots

and str is physical?

a bow needs physical IMO, why would u need magical besides for ure imbueme, bufs and mp for youre attacks? i thought a nuker needed magical cause he needs to long ranged attacks.

I don't think you should try and draw a conclusion from what happens in real life, this is a game after all. And a spear or sword/shield is much heavier than a bow and arrows, so your theory doesn't really work.

lol, why dont you find a video of the same person PVPing, see how that works out. This "pure int" isnt even using nukes, which is the purpose of being a int char. :banghead:

If you wanna nuke, go int.
If you wanna use a bow, go str. Simple as that. :banghead:

I do seriously doubt youre ability to atleast come up with some insults that are worth replying to with insults. In this case i can do nothing but pity and hope you will notice one day that cursing is only cool when on certain times.

I would suggest you use the search feature as this topic has been discussed, argued and discussed again many times. Another good idea would be to try not to insult people that are trying to help you, especially those with a considerable amount of knowledge about the game such as Kitary. But feel free to do as you please or go to the main website or tavern and insult people all you want.

Actually from what I have seen i.e. lvl 70s in the cave, pure int bow isn't that bad. It's actually pretty good, but it's kind of like hybrid chars you kind of have to use your head and it's not as mindless as most other pure builds wehr you just use 2 or 3 skills all the time.

Usually sro videos are all blurry and you can barely make out anything.

Trust me and make str archer

Int archers are the weakest in this game.. i 3 sec delay might get you killed.
Int spear has more hp, int sword has more defence and block from the shield.
what about int bow? nothing....
even the mage damage of the bow is lower than mage damage of ths spear ..

Ever tried stringing a bow?

I don't know what that means, but I've handled both a bow and a sword before, the sword I could barely lift while the bow was light as a feather.
