If it's for botting, the char that's botted is blacklisted, no matter what. If they reroll, and stay legit, it's allowed. People that are blacklisted for scamming legits, being plain assholes, and the like, are blacklisted no matter what. I wouldn't be surprised if you're under the latter list of blacklists. You're a total dumbass, and I wouldn't want you in the confederation anyways. Especially since 90% of your posts are borderline pro-bot attitude.
