Skill reallocation

If you buy a skill reallocation potion, does that mean it lets you readd your skill points to your skills? I first wanted to do heuksal mastery, but then decided to do archery instead and had already added points to my heuksal mastery, so is that what it does, let me re-add my points to what i want them to be? sorry im new at this stuff xD

It removes a skill, and you get the SP back.

If you are talking about the Relocation Potions that you get for Silk... It will remove a total of 5 skills and you will get the SP back that went into those skills. You can then reassign those points where you want. If you use it on a Tree Mastery, any skills in that mastery that have points will have to be removed first.
