Did SRF ever decide on the rules on weather it's allowed to play on an active botting account, even if you don't own it?

That'd be a good question to find out. I know a couple people in Venus who use a hacked botted character to run around murdering people. I didn't know it was a botted character at first, and now I won't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

You may or may not be the one at the computer in front of that character at the time. There's no way to prove you are and there's no way to prove you aren't.

You guys do realize bot support has been defined for a long time.

• 1) Be a bot supporter. Change your avatar to the pointy-finger bot symbol. Put "0x33" somewhere in your sig. Talk openly about, admit to, or suggest botting in a thread. Ask about how to buy, offer to sell, or post links to bot clients, etc. DOING ANY OF THESE THINGS WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN. There will be no warnings. There will be no discussion. There is ZERO tolerance.

Not for a second, but personal beliefs should not play a role in the decision process. We know it is a pk2 edit, but we don't know the source (i.e.) personal edit, distributed edit, loader edit, bot edit. To many possibilities to just go "Illegitimate, /7day."
