I cant remove this virus, it keeps returning.

this virus keeps on coming back and back, i do the full scans from Sophos, Malwarebytes, Avast!, and silly little windows defender,they say nothing. the only way i can scan the folder is a sophos right click scan, i do this everytime i get an alert, but it dosent come up on a deep scan. they keep coming back. the folder is in system volume information, so im not sure if i should delete the folder they are in or what?

the virus in question is called:

Virus/spyware Mal/Behav-218

according to the sophos site its not a very harmful virus, but any virus needs removing right?

Try using McAfee or Kaspersky, if doesnt work format.

if you know the name of the spy were or virus then look it up on how to remove it. if you dont then get some software to remove it..

What folder are they in? Can you just delete the file instead of the whole folder? (try safemode)
Also search for Behav in regedit and delete all entries you can find. Usually if I have to get rid of a virus from someone elses PC (I don't get them ) I google information and do what others have done to remove it.

it was in system restore folders,
nevermind anyway, i got my PC wiped while i was on a expedition for 3 days ^_^

I turned off my System Restore, because it slows down the PC...
I'm using ZoneAlarm Security Suite, and so far, no virus problems...
