Personally I'd say Avalon was the most famous guild of all time. Ever since I started sro years ago on Babel, I've heard of stories of big fly little fly Avalon etc. Now that I'm on Venus, of course it's even a bigger deal.

Yep Oasis definetly have history. If there only 3-4 people that I played then with I would retun there. IIIIVIIII and 7thSign union was best time of sro for me.

For me, a german guild on Mars Die_Ori (my guild was in their union).
Ow the union master posted more globals against bots than Avalon ever did on Venus I guess. Epic.

We were not that high level compared to the bot guilds but we had lots of fun outside the pure grinding job. Having fun had priority above grinding. And FW didn't exist at that moment.

I'd say if you don't tend to read forums then you'd only know the guilds from your own server. I'd choose these guilds (Some don't exist now)

Sparta server:

Imperial (They all moved server long ago)
Bushido (Eventually died but was a strong turkish guild at one time)
TokiTokiBoom (Old guild in Sparta)
CapedNudists (Long standing guild, revived many times including by me twice, dead again at the moment)
divinE (Been fort owners months now)

Olympus is garbage now. There were so many guilds that mainly got famous for having fun which consisted mainly of Vietnamese players. From mid 80 cap till now, the only thing most guilds are famous for now is to either take the fortress, or have a collection of assholes to gain recognition.
