ive noticed a trick to getting them. if your char is male and u want the male suit you tend to get more female items then male items and vice-versa so what i did to get the pieces was make a female char on the same acct and get free plvl at ongs which gave me fast boxes

your completly wrong (no offence) it doesnt matter what gender your character is.
in total i got 7 hats (3 male, 4 female) 8 brooms (3 male 5 female) and 4 suits (1 male and 3 female), all of which were recieved on my FEMALE character.
the plvling did help, i've been pfarming some of my guild members, and each time i went to repot (which was every hour and a half because i needed so many bolts ><) i was handing in over 300 boxes. i pfarmed them for about 5 hours a day, so you do the math.
i dont think it had anything to do with the gender of your character, i dont even think it had anything to do with tht amount of boxes you handed in, i think it was just random.
