Bonus from Force mastery lvl

We all know that if you raise mastery of certian tree, you get 1% bonus. Heuskal raises glavie/spear power, fire raises fire damage ect. But now I noticed that the Force offers no bonus per lvl, why is that?

I think it should give a 1% increase of healing on all healing spells, and an additional 1% hp returned on a player that is resurrected.

Makes sense to me.
