Just talk about it in confed. For every member in Ody we can put 4 bards and some clerics, wiz for barrier, lock for scream mask, warriors can do all their buffs on the side etc.

Guardia, best thing to do is to hand out everyone's role in a pm or a message... Maybe Avalon's section's in the Confed, but I'm not sure yet if we've got spies too or not... The confed is accessible to everyone on the internet....
