Need a youtube extractor

I need something that extracts youtube videos and turns them into mp3 or wmv. I've tried 4 different things but they have turned out to be duds.

when you put the video make sure its http://www.youtube.com/~~whatever
instead of de.youtube.com, br.youtube.com, and so on...
