Hello Joymax leaders, players !

Today my friend, Ashorack got banned on eos server and I dont know why. He was a guild master, union master, and fortress owner, he also bought silk had dress and premium plus. Yes he is a botter like me, but you didnt banned silk having botters since this time. So I ask you dear game masters, and possibly your team includes forum moderators, you finally wake upp and banning all bot players ? Even if they buying silk or not ? I asking this becouse I fear about bot bannings by now, and I can tell, I spend more than 2 years on this game, I bought silk and bot so we paid all we had in game. And now you clear it by one move. You let us bot or not, but I dont think this is really fair changing your opinion for a day to another. And if you diecided finally to make a non-cheat game, then make its clear, delete all servers with all botters, becouse there is a lot botter on each server. Or the reason is you only angry for eos server ? Becouse I see babel have 0 bots to ban, just not tell me this server if full of legit players, becouse actually there is no legit player possibly under lvl70. And after you deleted all botters, what will be other players who lost their money under all year botting by the time you let them ? I ask you this question joymax becouse this are really important questions. I think you should not play with our money becouse silkroad is not cheap and never was. So make it clear, you ban bots or not. I waiting for an official answer, and If you will not answer this time too like you ever did, I have to decide to reach you by telephone, becouse its my money too, and I did botted upp my character to lvl85 full farmed to lvl90 and I can tell it wasnt cheap.



Above you can see my old post what joymax deleted, the new iformation since then is they unbanning botted characters, so I ask you dear joymax, whats about your botbanning policy, and I ask not only a homepage article, I ask detailed description. It is good that you unbanned some chars, but our guild on eos with all the high players and fortess is gone. Will you make a rollback for us ?

Meh, Eos was dead before it even opened anyways. Should have happened on a server with real legits and real legit resistance.

They need to do that on Venus... would help more than doing it on a bot server. I'd lol at the leader of Epic Union getting banned

Btw the guy is union leader on another server too and his union is much more important to him on his old server than on Eos^^ I'll gladly blow him up when I'm level 90 on Eos.

And for those of you using silk I would like to ask you to mail to joymax that if they don't keep the botters banned you will charge back. It's a fight now with JM because they allowed botters again in game after ban.

Just send a mail to the support that you will charge back if the botters are allowed back in game. But don't charge back immediately of course, wait what they will do.

For those not on Eos, banned botters using Paypall were unbanned.

Joymax makes it clear that botting is against the rules and bannable. That doesn't mean they will ban every single botter all the time, but eventually they should get to everyone.

It's illegal to sell drugs to children in schools in the USA, and law enforcement makes plenty of arrests for that crime, but there are plenty of dealers that continue to sell their goods. I wonder if any drug dealer will write a letter to the State Police similar to this one threatening to take action against the State if their other dealer friends are not released from prison?
