I had that error some time ago, I believe I had to reinstall my video card drivers or get the latest drivers to resolve this error.

i have to format my pc because of the stupid virus...
after i reinstll SRO...
that happen...

It's a graphic driver error, not a game error. You find drivers in the SRO download section or check for the latest driver on the internet.

and see the links at the bottom

this happened to me today.. I too had to reinstall my system. i went to google, typed "download DirectX SDK" and went to the one with the microsoft link (think it is like dnms.com). took me a while to download it but after i did so the errors didnt show any more but then again, sro stops responding after the sro banner >.>

Your service pack is 2? Maybe update to 3 Oo?
