What Else Could I Add?
I made this in 10 minutes using GIMP for my union forum. All I did was add some rain and the text. I'm wondering what else I could do it to make it look better? Maybe a nice border? I like how it looks now but I think it could be better. (I'm still a noob with GIMP ><)

Rain effects make things look amateurish. Maybe trying some other effect?

A c4d would look terrible with this pic unless you went in a totally different direction..
Yeah do something else with the text it doesnt go with the rest of the pic

Sig's aren't about cramming all sorts of effects in every single corner. For your skill level, I'd leave it at this, and just continue. Keep practising and try out new things, but don't cram it all in one canvas.
