Article 7 (Silk Charge Payment Approval)

1. The company may suspend approval or reject the transaction for the following reasons.
1) When the user is not a Silkroad Online member
2) When the service fee is not paid or payment can not be verfied
3) When the user has been found not to be in possession of adequate mental faculties

I think they meant facilities, though even I could be wrong with the infinite amount of ways SRO's TOS could be interpreted.

Which means if they think you are an idiot, they can block you from using paypal. Kind of like those who global insults when Tarky does his "Don't buy gold!" chat.




This is an opinion, I'm not going to read Joymax's TOS in order to get this in the correct context.

will be nice to make an IQ test before play any game.and maybe players be 18+ will help little more(r not......cause u can be 40 and worse then a 10 years old kid ) :roll:
