What is the advantage of being higher level in a job.

mm i jst hit my 20's and a '?' poped up

it says if your higher level in a certain job, u can do more damage to other jobbers?

thief lvl 4 will do more dmg to a hunter lvl 2 regardless of level/equipments etc?

There's a chance Thieves drop a percentage of their total money, not sure how correst that is.
