Is there traffic? Can i login without having a prem?

After 4pm Eastern Time(aMERICA) I have GT only I get in just find on first try.

Eastern, 8 am - 3 pm Traffic 4pm-5pm Mid - to no Traffic 6pm - Whenever u go to sleep No Traffic

Subtract an hour for Central

Subtract 3 hours for pacific

Add +5 to British time

Add +12 to Australia time.

and idk china time.
