Murderer status Help!

Ok I have murderer status. I killed three of my friends and if i would have know i got into this i never would have. Is there anyway at all to get rid of it by NOT dying? I have heard people say something about paying off a hunter, others logging off and waiting real hours, which i tried i waited about 14 and im still a murderer. Is the paying off the hunter way real?

Kill LOTS of monsters and hope you dont die, if you do die, put EVERYTHING you have in storage until you're not murder. And go buy a noob weapon from NPC, that's your level real cheap.

I am not sure if you can stay in town and wait for the time. Sit at the town because your hp will decrease gradually...

Not true. Not everyone is out to be mean. I've left people alone just because they asked nicely. Just depends on who you run into and how their day has been.

i have seen someone killing like 1200 water ghosts to get rid and others just dieing a lot of times. this seems to be the way.
