How about we start another colony on a new server Fly. And pretend it's as strong as the others so we can talk about how good we are? Sounds fun ye.

iv seen full sosun players get taken down by players with no sosun... on xian.

iv seen players with full sosun pvp after they sell there sosun off, and die over and over due to lack of skill... on xian.

iv seen weak ass hybrids chars do amazing in pvp just because the player knew what he was doing.

iv played this pos game since alpha test and its not hard to spot a player with skill.

i have a warrior/cleric. i sucked ass at it. so i deleved cleric and use it only as a group pvp / pve char. i can say that i have no skill at a euro warrior. then someone like asyamura with the same exact build, same gear, goes and kills every single well known pvper with ease. i can say that when it comes to euro warriors, Asyamura is on a whole new skill level then me.

now im building a chinese archer and so far im undefeated to anyone my level. i watch dumbass archers pvp against Khaara (90 ff wizard) and they lose 100% of the time. im 100% sure that i would destroy him with an archer. i never see them use any kind of tactics in there pvp. they dont use there range. archers outrange wizards by far. they dont use firewall to cancel out a high hit. they dont zip back when drouted. they stand there trying to spam skills with no mp. fireblow and they die. watching those morons pvp was what made me go and make a chinese archer.

oh and fyi, the day avalon quit xian, we had the top 2 pvpers in our guild and we were the only active jobbers on the server. we did not quit to go somewhere easy. we quit cuz we were too friendly with everyone on xian. we had known them for 2 years and no serious rivalry existed anymore. if anything could make me quit venus, it would be the fact that we are undisputed in pvp atm.

basically warrior/cleric or warrior/warlock and any kind of 2 h warrior are over powered at this cap..and im sure everyone is aware of that.. so regardless who plays it gonna pwn. Unless he's a total retard..
heck even a lucky crit from a 2h warrior is enough to take down a pure int with full sun...

warriors are over powered & here's why
there is no downside to their defense buffs

i mean for extra damage rogues sacrifice defense . same thing for wizards.

but for warriors they get this huge amount of defense & still hits as hard as rogues in extreme with their (warriors) critical .

some players even reported this as a bug n the official forums (warriors that are supposed to be a tanking build have very high damage)

You're trying to prove that there is skill involved in SRO. All you are showing to me is that there are idiots in SRO. It does not take skill to push 5 to zoom backward with phantom. That is not skill, that is logic. SRO is a game entailing logic - but for anyone other than your average turk, logic shouldn't be hard to come by.

I have played this game in Alpha and have been around SRO since about Day3. So there you go. My only difference is that i quit at the beginning of this year... Since then about 0 has changed.

You were not the dominant force as a guild on Xian. Otherwise you would have held the fortress. NIKE were your friends? Didn't they take fortress?

Over it. Anything Asy can do only requires the push of a button. The only small element of skill is acquiring timings.

i woul'nd say its overpowerd "no matter who plays it".
im a bower, level 80.. gap4, no premium and a Reasonable set (+4/5 stuff, close to max blue).
Most off the warriors off my level cant even kill me at all.
If a warrior does daredevil, just put on a shield, and the damage will be low + they have a lower chance to crit. or knock them back... after getting knocked down, phantom away, they slow anyway if they dont have a drug on.
best pvp i've had in a longg time was also a warrior, level 81 with a sos+5 and premium, we had some good pvp's xD

warrior is a nice build if you ask me, people should just learn to use axes / 1hand a bit aswell, coz most just put on a 2hand sword, both skins at the same time, and start spamming daredevil... and that aint working ^^

Anyway, warrior/cleric is great, but I like my warlock subclass better, kills a little faster, "tanks"(as in barely gets hit) a little better unless the other guy has holy spell, which doesn't really make a difference with warriors since you have skins/vital increase after they're out.. But its vulnerable to other warlocks.. Luckily theres not many of those on olympus for obvious bot-related reasons.

just look at youtube, even if ppl say : "wow, great switching, your the master" i see plenty mistakes in their tactic

its not just bashing skills, but bashing the right one in the right sec

for example, ppl bash sprint and daredevil... often they dont do sprint, but dare - followed by sprint, even if they wanted sprint first
(using sprint after daredevil is a huge disadvantage, since followed by kd (normal after dare) it often bugs... and this kd-bug is annoying as hell
if you press it right, youll always do sprint-dare in the right way

other thing is, most "button-bashers" switch that bad, that they got "normal hits" between their attacks... normal slow hit, kd too late, getting knockdownd of enemy, dead... for example

another thing is, you gottabe careful what you press, if you stun with sprint, you shudnt use turn rising on the stunned enemy, better off daredevil it or use double swing or so (stun-extra dmg) followed by dare

thats just examples--- once again, most ppl known as good switchers arent even good at it, seems like its NOT that ez, lol...

just abou EVERYONE as far as i know forgets about something very important in robes.. "faith"
getting a 20% bonus healing from your cleric skills (that already heals perfectly) is just insane. yesterday i was pvping a rogue/cleric while i was in robes. the guy had a nice +5 dagger with high critical against my +3/4 robe set, and i literally tanked the hell out of him. ended up in a one-sided 6-1 total score (the one time he won in being with a 33k critical 'prick').
not entirely sure about that, but i thing robes are the best thing to wear for tanking with a warrior or a cleric or a warrior/cleric.

Glavie u dont need a **** off skill just always same attacks maybe a litle bit with the mag def skill.

for the healing, you have to actually use the skills, and ur deff is really one-sided... ur deff will be even lower over all cuz of reinforces

you might be too late healing a crit almost killing you... if you take less dmg you can spam some hard healings and survive... well.

honestly, im also more afraid of crits, than of high nukes... its relativly ez to interrupt nukes and stuff, but glavier stun+ crits or rouges own sometimes...

but robes imo arent the worst choise, heavy is ^^

dunno.. i used to underestimate nukes b4. all i can say is that wizards do damage almost equal to criticals with life control on. also criticals are specific hits on yourself, unlike nukes that do splash damage, so u get hit by them the most in group pvp. one last thing is the mana cost.. skills in the cleric tree take huge ammounts of mana for a full STR cuz cleric is supposed to be an INT.

The only time that a different situation is presented is through the use of randomized blocking and critting. But that detracts from the idea of a skillful game. There should not be luck involved in a game requiring skill.

Well this is retarted, if you are implying that you can pick up when to do a certain skill in a certain situation. That applies to anything in life, from playing Basketball to boxing. You always pick up when to do a certain thing at a certain point. There is skill within the game and people with your mentality are what makes up 95% of the Silkroad population, making my 88 blader a$$ own so many with a crappy set.

Idk how good warrior/warlock is but I seen Rouge/warlock rape warrior/cleric over their skins/bless. and absolutely NO, a warlock can do more then just bleed those with holy spell.
* I have won every pvp vs 2hand/cleric without a 2hand sun, or not loose against them, not that i'm bragging about it but that is the truth so far. there might be a few in this forum from troy server that have seem my pvp style vs 2hand.

Again all about who plays the character, I seen strong glaviers(or any build) and some that are a joke at pvping even with a +5 set.

I admit personally there isn't much competition on venus but there are at least 1-2 strong, skilled players of each class (for the most part) on venus. And I have to admit the only ones, as a warrior cleric myself, that I have had trouble killing is glaive in rediculous armor, blader, and pretty much any good char in snowshield (prot glaive force with snow, s/s snow)

However, I don't lose often. I have died a few times, even split a series with a glaiver 4-4 once. TBH, im not gonna call warrior cleric the best build out there, but in even 1v1 with similar gear the war cleric will win most of the time.

Just because wizards make good powerlevlers doesn't mean that they're gay/ruin the game. And yes, I'll admit that the triangular conflict did change when Euros were introduced, but most people have gotten over it.

Warriors should be the "tanks" like other mmos & not be able to crit dmg equal to a nuker. 2hander shouldn't even be allowed to cast skins they are able to tank a shit load w/ skins and still do outrageous damage....

Every 2h skill except triple has a chance to interrupt the opponents attack while doing 6-9k normals with 15+k crits and still able to cast skins so you nuke them for 5-9k while having 30k+ hp...I'd say that's pretty crazy.

I guess they do do lots of damage for a tanker, but the time to use most of their skills are so long that you've got a good chance of cancelling their attack.

Euros are realy inbalanced, they suppose to suck at 1v1 and pwn at group, but now they pwn in 1v1 and group pvp they are godlike, china chars can't do a shit in group pvp. Yes they r inbalanced and yes clerics pretty much ruined the game. Every time there is job war some undressed clerics show up and make it to endless fight which get bored after 20min and every1 leave.

Warrior/Cleric isn't the best: I'd have to agree with albel, the most problems I've had against chinese are against glaivers in protector/armor or bladers...fought a blader in armor once (omfg went on for about 15mins before we called it quits).
