Spartans, it's the time to unite!

I and a few friends have just finished some farming (not FF to 90, but enough to not need a huge gap) and our guild points grew with the time. We're currently in the 4x levels myself I'm busy doing some stuff while my other 2 friends are levelling now.

You may ask yourself what all this has to do with the topic title itself?
I'll try to explain it. As you all know the bot population is growing and growing on all servers, so the traffic is getting annoying. It's almost impossible to login in a normal time. But that's not the only reason. With the bug that is annoying people I'm getting... well... you know how I can feel if I have to connect 2 or 3 times a day.

So, here's my plan:
Start out with a guild, which will have legit players and only legit players. As we'll grow we'll form/join an union. I'm not much of a good union leader, so we'd join some other legit union. As we'd grow we would probably have more than a single union. As we'll be strong enough, the strongest players will unite in one single guild and finally crash divinE. I know, it may be hard at first, but that is the only way to get rid of bots. We may not have to own the fortress, but actions like killing bots with lightning/wizard thiefs we'll get a step further.

So, what's the propose of this?
I bet, anyone will know what we'll try to do with this. Clear Sparta of bots. Just like players did on Venus.

Flame it or not, if we'll have to do it ourself (me and my real life friends), we'll make it and proceed slower, but we will win! We will crush the plague called bots! First the gold bots, then the player bots.

I'd be up for it, but... I got asked to join divinE yesterday, so I might go there. I'm 77 ff to 90 and in there union I'll always have a chaser party (And with legits). There's actually quite a few legits in there union. Good idea though... Hasn't been a FULL legit guild since 80 cap when a friend Scelerat ran it. As for taking fort though you've got no chance, 60%+ of the servers high levels are in that union and most of the rest are in Mist union. And the fact that no-one's broke the gates down in months. The sad reality is botting is accepted by nearly all on the server.

(Don't blame you for posting this here, our Sparta section is dead lol)

That's why I've posted it here, nobody (or a handful) would ever check it there.

Anyway, don't know exactly how divinE is built up, but there are a few bots I know for sure. If I have to think of a name... Merlin16, maybe some more that I can't remember right now. But surely there might be some legit players.

I could name you a load of legits from there union, all euro of course.

Even one legit guild will be better than none and It's a start, I'd be happy to join my lower level and help recruit. I miss grinding with Molecyle and Salt.

Good idea but i doubt it would work. did you know most of the divine euro 90s did legit 8 man parties to the cap? hard to believe but remember_me and vampiresaver did some massive parties when 90 cap first came. ive also been asked to join divine along with phai and with a constant party at chasers... good on paper but the fort level is way too high right now for anyone to do anything. youd have to do what star did and join the turks but even that has proven to not be enough >.<

I slightly know remember_me, been a good friend with LeetStyle also. Even if not united in a guild, we could easily organise some anti bot action as a start off.

Any it's good to hear that divinE union actually really has legit members. Maybe, it the leaders are legit and if they can recruit active legit players for fortress war to replace bots, I see no reason why it couldn't be done. ^^

The best thing you can do Nixie is recruit new people, It's unbelievable how dead Constantinople is. I played Venus with my girlfriend yesterday and we were amazed how many people were around. We need to get some low level partys going and work it up from there because the only Euro partys I see are at chasers, everything underneath them are dead. Nobody sells low level weapons because everyone chooses to sit on there arses at ong 'til level 30.

I'll definitely join up my low level, and I'll talk to a few legits I know about organising some partys, anythings a start. Leet will probably stay in his guild but he's already up for going to Chasers with us once we are all similar level. I've been 77 a month now, working on academy while Ganxttta catches up. Nuketastic will probably also be joining our partys, also Olympias.

Let's build the guild and work from there, fortress is a long term goal, no-one can match divinE union right now. And to be honest I'd rather see it in remember_me's guilds possession than the current opposition (Sultans etc)

It can be done though, my old guild merged with Adult_Swim and that guild was DEAD. Two weeks later we were in divinE union and had 50/50 with a lot of high levels. I ended up leaving through union robbing trades. They call it fair if you don't use outside buffers which is ridiculous. I remember asking for hunters in union (Big mistake) then RatThief raping us right outside the gate. Only thing I hate about there union.

Rules? The only rule would be... to be a legit I guess. ^^

Might be nice to see any experienced players helping out with the situation.

About Constantinople... it's like that just because Silkroad has a bad reputation. All players that are playing the game for a while are indeed just sitting on their horses, I can see some people even being power levelled to 70+. Power level is okay in a way, but as it looks currently it should be just disabled somehow. Players will stand there with a high level character and absolutely no skill (party play etc.). So I guess it would be a nice idea to start exactly there.

Well I havent played Euro Chars Much but know my Bow Chars fairly well, Been tingling to give a Warlock a Try possibly 1h/warlock. If you need one I would get a premium to extra help the group.

Before you buy a premium we have to get a few members who would have time to play in a party for a few hours. Currently we're 2 warriors with warlock sub (lawl ^^) and a 70:70 bowman.

Rofl my CHOPTERS. I would have been a Hyb bow if not the war/lock Hell why not, I never been the dmg dealer of a pt, been a bard/cleric before. Suxed like hell, Wiz,Cleric Maybes or Wiz Bard would be fun

How many similiar topics like this have we seen? 20? 30?

Out of this only 1 suceeded and that is Venus which is through a new server.

My advice is stop wasting your time on trying to clean up a bot infested server. There's probably like 100 lvl 90 botters to like 1 lvl 90 legit at the moment, and how are u gotta get so many peeps to stay at home and grind their ass off to match them? It takes like more than 6 mths to fully farmed a lvl 90 char unless ya playing 24/7 somehow so by the time you do, they have botted 1000 more fully farmed chars waiting to kick your ass again. Certainly they won't be discourage by your "single" strong legit guild since they probably have 10 botter guilds of the same strength to deal with you lol.... Not trying to put you off but Suggest you do better things with your time than to fight a losing battle.

oooooo interesting... might be worth going back online in Sparta i guess lol. People who have mentioned about fortress is correct, You'll have to take that fortress from devine and it's union if you really want to turn Sparta into a " legit " server lol... i highly doubt that would work as Detective have said. Though i still am surprised there's still SOME non botters out there... You have my respect Nixie as for keeping a strong support for non botters

, with so much people saying they bot in that server it just makes me laugh when i see globals accusing each other of botting when they bot themselves lol. good stuff though, good luck with that ^^ i'll let people i know about it

A bot will NEVER have the same/better experience to PvP or PvE than a legit. A bot will jsut smash all random skills in a PvP, while a legit will follow a strategy or some specific order of skills.

Use of loader... I won't really mind because the traffic on Sparta is awful. While bot plvl... ain't that just the same you would bot? On one way be would like to beat bots, on the other would would pay them to level us. Not a good idea I guess.

Indeed, getting fortress should not be our main aim, but more like a 'bonus'. As people already mentioned how FWs turn out (without falling doors) it's nonsense to even try it. As I'm not even level 90 on any of my characters and it would take some time to get there.

Guys why not move to Venus???? I know it's hard to start from the beginning but trust me, if you could find lots and lots of ppl to move, you'll eventually have your own legit union here... If you're worried about buying tickets again, just try out the server for a few days... in my opinion it's better to move to a legit server for a reason, you're planning to clean out Sparta rite??? wat happens after cleaning it???? 1 legit union vs nothing???? you won't enjoy it.. think about it and let me know... You'll get all the help you need if you ever consider moving to Venus

more then one server deserves to have a chance to be half way legit, more power to them, besides they can be all like THIS IS SPARTA after taking the fort
