How to retrieve password IF

Okey I used to play sro a long time ago... now I wanted to start again but got a small problem..

I had forgotten my password,
Now joymax has that wonderfull shitty password retrieving system...

You just have to remember the details:
What email u used... (I really dont know that anymore...)
and
Your first and last name you used

Well I used non real information.. so I really dont know that anymore xD

Any1 has an idea how to think of getting it back?

You should've written your info down somewhere
