hm how great life would be if teenagers could live all by themselves. we have parents for a reason...because theyre older and smarter and have jobs. i find it hard to live without listening to ur parents >.>

Well, yes actually. I managed to skip like half the time and be lazy and still managed a 3.5 gpa, which isn't that good but is pretty damn good for not showing up ever.

As long as you do your homework and studies, and show up for the tests/quizzes, you'll be fine.

Not really, english 7/8, math pre-calc, economics, bowling(that was a fun class), multimedia productions, and photo. I mean it wasn't hard but it wasn't that easy.

used to skip 2 hours every monday, 1 every teuseday and 1 every thursday lol.
coz those where the really fking useless lessons, and on monday my secudal was
"Lesson"> Free > free > "Lesson" > free > free > free > "Lesson"
i remember going to the prefects with a couple of friends, saying "hi, im going to skil hour 4 and 8, can i compensate for that now?" so you'dd be free earlier, meh... No wonder you'dd skip -_-'
though i proudly graduated off highschool, and lessons are a lot more usefull now xD at college

Math, science, english, social studies <-- core

they're called core because they're what colleges care about the most and what smarter people take.

Does your high school have nothing like that?

I suck at going to school this year...Now I'm 18 and I don't have to go...I often stay away, I know it's stupid but those lessons are so boring >.< I'll just hang around the mall or something untill I can go home. Luckily my mom is always working and my dad is home so I can come up with an easy excuse when I get home early ;D

I had Math, English, and Economics goes under the core classes. All I didn't have was science.. does that make my whole schedule a lot easier..?

Don't worry Priam. If you place enough effort into your sarcasm, and manage to extend it to more then just 1 or 2 lines, i am quite sure you can come up with something very insulting. After all,it's what you excell at, and love to be known for. 8)

I used to skip a lot when I was at school. We used to go to my classmate's place near the school and play cards. I specialized in getting decent to good numbers without doing anything.. I hardly ever did any homework or read to exams. Drew a lot during the lessons, I had a small sketch book for the drawings.. I certainly wasn't a top student lol. :P

We had to pay $150 a semester and had to drive to this bowling alley 2 days a week. We got to bowl 6 games a week. The class consisted mostly of seniors who just wanted to get an easy A for an elective, no one ever used that class for PE credit lol. The fun part would be after bowling ended, everyone raced back to school. There was about an average 1 accident per week, which sucked cuz one of those times I got hit -.-

I dont skip quite alot ... I always skip PE or religious teaching, since they never write us down...
The guy from PE is always drunk - he always smells on alcohol... He said we dont have to come on PE if its first class of a day, or last class ... so that makes that we have it only in friday when we are afternoon ... which we almost all skip ...

I was on 3 classes last year of P.E. (2 classes / week) ... and I havent been in P.E. this year (2 months of school passed by)

About religious teachings ... profesor always lets us go home ... so meh...
I skip sometimes when they are ask us for grades ... or I just get out of my classroom, and enter it after 10 minutes of class ... coz usually professors open 3-4 students from directory-book, at begining of class.

I never skip when we have exams, because I know I'll regreat it.

Senior skip day is a must for all skippers.

Also, middle school was a joke. I skipped 40% of the time and pulled off A's.(They gave us 2 days to make something up for every day we were absent)

I probably skipped a total of 6+ months altogether during Highschool...

Like it was said, don't skip too much, otherwise you'll have buttload of work to do in the end.

My senior year consisted of 14 classes, 5 online courses, an after school course, and not missing a single day (otherwise they'd expell me) to get the credits I missed out on for being too lazy to get my arse outta bed.

So gaiz

I skipped my environmental business management and microeconomic classes today. Tomorrow i'm going to probably skip my law tutorial to study for my law mid term, which is Thursday. I have an 800 page course reader, I assume half of it will be on the midterm.

I have about 300 pages worth of environmental jurisprudence to read and annontate, 80 pages of foundations in common law, and 20 pages worth of random diagrams. I also have Chapters 4,7,8,9, and 10 to study for my microeconomics class and I have yet to do either.

Next monday my biophysics paper is due, by 4pm, and Tuesday I have a paper dealing with the implementation of ISO 14001 into one of the campus services. I also didn't start either of those.

What should I do gaiz? I'm thinking about ODing on cough syrup.

Edit: oh cool, I just found something out for my law exam. "Please provide references for all material referred to in your answers, including the section number of any statues and case names or authors with page numbers. You may use short form references: for example: Shenck, page xx; or EPA, s. 9(1)". So, we were told we need to bring out 800 page course reader and we need to print out the following document and bring it. I love that it's going to take a whole ink cartridge to print it out. http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/statut ... 0e19_e.htm
