Criminals are a different class of people and should be treated differently, just like mentally retarded people. Its an aspect of any society that is dealt with human rights in todays world because thats the core of the meaning of the Constitution and any democracy. But no, criminals responsible for extreme and horrible crime should not be protected by the Constitution. I don't even think they should be given a trial if its obvious that they are the ones who did it. Straight to prison/electric seat with them if it were me. Only in a lawless place like that chinese village is something like that possible...for most of us legal action is our only option

Based on that description i pasted on my first post, i believe this is more like an animal instinct kind of reaction. They robbed and killed their wifes. I dont know how would i react to that honestly. But somehow i understand these men reactions. Maybe it's not the best thing to do. I can only think of doing such thing if say i have a child and someone tries to hurt him/her, or in the worse case this "someone" kills my child, i'm pretty sure i'll go crazy and i dont know what else lol.

Many people a long time ago thought those brutal fights in the coliseums were funny and entertaining as well. I'm pretty sure you were considered not normal if you didn't enjoy it. Its just sort of in reverse now.

Why do people enjoy boxing? Why do people slow down and stop to look when they see a car accident? I doubt they're going to get out their cars and help the people involved in the accident. When two people fight, usually no one attempts to break it up. Why?

It's different, times have changed ya know, they fought like that for entertainment, that's what it was. This is not entertainment, and like I said, times have changed. Is it wrong? Ya. Did they deserve it? If the story about it is true then i'd say yes, if it was me in the position of the guys whos wives were murdered, I would definitely be doing it too, I certainly wouldn't find it funny though.
