Im a Level 21 Blader,

Strength 96, Intelligence 54

My Masteries are

Bicheon: 20
Fire: 16
Force: 17

So I need to know,
what am I?
And If im not primarily 1 thing, what can I do to fix it?

Yeah

Str hybrids are not that good. Better be Int hybrid or pure str.
You can try fixing it by pumping in your Int till you get it to 1:1 or 1:2 or something like that. Or just make a new character. lvl 21 is not that hard to achieve. If I were you I would make a new character, but before that I would start looking for some character guides.

You have about 13 points of int put into your build, that's about 4 lvls and some but I'm guess you have some blues since you have about 18 lvls and some into str. I wouldn't suggest going int hybrid with that many lvls into str.

If you want to be an effective hybrid, Then pump most of your INT points. Str Hybrids IMO are weak and don't need the extra Int.

But I've seen some good ones. Ehh don't worry about it, you don't have to start a new character if you think you do.

13 points into int.. if you from now on put all points into int, you will have a fairly high chance of getting your magical balance to 90% and become a 90% hybrid nuker. You will kill fast, do high damage, and die less then a pure int. Takes some time for you though.

Maybe 85% but not 90. And you will have hard time getting your magical balance high. So as kitary said. Make a new char. With the scrolls you'll have it will be easy gettin to 21 again.

90% is possible, I’ve heard people put 20 points into str int the beginning of the game, and throw all the rest into int. They still reach 90% at the end of the day.

And for the 85%, your still a good hybrid nuker with that balance, just not perfect.

I wouldn't recommend STR heavy hybrid of any kind. Be Pure :-)

. Too many str points will make your char lousy.

I'd say you are a stall character.... do what Kitary suggested, reroll with the exp scrolls, you'll be 21 in a couple days easily. I rerolled many times before I found this site and figured out a plausible build.
