can a bard/cleric keep RD and a tambour up at the same time?
and if not which is better to keep up? RD right?

EDIT: lets say i was trying to get the highest surviveability whats better cleric buffs + RD + rod and shield + LA

OR cleric buffs + RD + tambour (harp obviouslyy) + LA

(LA = light armor cuz i kno someone is gonna ask)

simply put whats better:
cleric LA passive and shield or tambour?

Yeah it can, RD stays when you switch weapons, so you can cast RD and hold harp while doing the tambour.
