Warlock / Cleric hybrid building

hey i know its the wrong spot but noone ever replied on me on the char skill section
and since this server has the best warlock in game im just gonna pray for god if some of those good warlock reply..

k im a hybrid, not yet though
ill be a 8:1 hybrid warlock
but i just wonder..

for lv 100 cap extra 10 lv str or int
what should i do with that?

all str/str, or 5 lvl each.. >.<

and what good balance is needed for a warlock?
if those 10 lv all str, my nuking to weak?

It really doesn't matter how hybrid you are, anything between 3:1 and pure int will work just fine. If you're 3:1 then you have 16k hp and pure int you'll have just over 12k hp but your mag/ balance will be about 15% higher. Go with whichever you think suits you best.

Oh and don't worry about the 100 cap you won't see that for at least a year.

Oh yeh and the guy never uses Trap + Sleep so either it is fixed or you can consider you have a significant boos in survivability with it.

That guy is like a slow motion tbh. He even doesn't pull out the maximum power of his build.
No bless, orbit, I didn't see any offering. (Maybe he's not taking offering)
Prolly he was fighting the "fair" way, without the trap-sleep thingie, and still, he manages to kill str based builds.

I prefer euros pure, either str or int.
If you wanna tank a bit more than pure int warlock, keep your mag balance to 100% (naked).
Thing is, we have stuns and dull skills, and impotent, which is our advantage against most of the builds, so why going hybrid, instead you can pull every bit of damage you can from the warlock and 1shot them with the nuke; it's not the same damage like wizard's nuke but, if you put panic + 2 dots and nuke they are dead meat.

My 'lock is a hybrid atm, every time I level I strip down and add my stats attempting to keep my mag. balance above 90%, I find that it works quite well and I prefer it over pure.

Personally, I have and would go hybrid atleast slightly. As for your question, its about how you use your skills. If you bless for example, then use AoEs to stun them or what not to take control of the situation, you could pull it off. Dont forget how big a part equipment plays in this game. Really nice gear, you can take more of a beating then you'd expect. Knowing how to play your build and having nice gear, and you will be quite a problem for people
