oh, i slept less than 1 hour today -.-, just came back from a school trip. my hutmate invited his somewhat a-social gf over and she wouldnt shut up and stop turning on lights. god i'm gonna do something that ***** someday >.<

Well next time plan ahead so it wont happen. I if i have work or tafe the next morning i go to bed at about 8:30 so i can get enough sleep to get me through the day. What kind of idiot stays up till 4 in the morning when they have something important the next day? Thats what weekends are for >_<

Just make sure you get some afternoon nap time.
Don't sleep in the afternoon too long, jsut half and hour or so.
sleeping too much will prevent you from sleeping during the night,
and/or will make you even more tired

i mean, i always wake up at 5, work from 6:00-8:00 or 6:00-13:00 on saterdays, go to school 4 days a week after work, till around 15:00-17:30 and i aint whining either lol.
besides, im 100% sure there are Loads of ppl on this forum aswell who work a LOT more then that
