seal of star?

I was wondering, if you get a seal of star item, is it possible to take that seal of star and put it onto a different item? possibly one of a higher degree?

take it easy on the guy. when i first started playing i thought that sox was like an alchemy stone. u would get a tablet that said alchemy tablet of sun. then you would put it on wep. and BAM sun. ^^

Lol I know a bunch of SRO players that didnt know that. And did not add the permanent skill located at the bottom of every mastery
