but i dont get enuf

how many hours on avg u get each day? for me only 3-4... or 5 if im lucky :cry:

i go to sleep at 1:30am..wake up at 6:30..so 5 hours monday thru friday. then i really really sleep in on saturday/sunday for about 12hrs both days >.<

but i have to admit i love sleeping ;D

All throughout highschool I used to sleep 4-6 hours. In my last year I decided to go for the 8 hours a night thing (without doing anything else) my grades shot up 15%. Since then i've been keeping to the same routine over the past couple years, and now I sleep 8-10 hours a night. The only exceptions are Monday and Wednesday nights, because I have to leave at 6:50am for a morning class, so I only get 4-6 hours then.

Before I always felt like shit and I wasn't very productive in the morning. Now i'm one of those few people that always smile in the morning, even in the long Tim Horton lines where everyone looks so depressed.

I'm starting to sleep longer, since i realized that i'll never learn much from a bloodshot eye

Used to be 5 hours, now its around 8..

just feels better to wake up and be able to think clearly

Lol .. exactly the same as I do, only I go to sleep at about 12 oclock , and wake up at 6:00.

mostly 7 hours.

go to bed at 10 PM, gtfo of bed at 5.
