I need a good program to Edit pictures to make Sigs with, right now i have the Picasa 3 betta but it isn't very good
i can't pay for anything though

well if you can't pay for anything, then i suggest gimp. i haven't
used the software myself, but people seem to be editing sigs with
it. you could also try the free 30 day photoshop trial, or perhaps
find your way around this trial and get your hands on a complete
version. you will have to do this by payment, or over pm.
