Alienware

Post by ThatBluePerson »

What other company lets you visually customize your system like Alienware does? Light up keyboard, awesome name plaques, neon lights, etc. etc.

I'm not very fond of aliens but I want a nice light show with my system.

Why? LEDs don't make your computer go faster or look cooler. It just makes you feel like a geek when you have people over.
You could probably just build your own computer and get light-up keyboards and other crap anyway.

adding lights to your computer is relativly easy if you have perspec glass on your computer case or you could always add your own add nice fans and such really not hard at all im gona do it but note that a computer is power hungry as it is if you got an update one adding lights and such will def add something to your electric bill if your on it a lot

im gona mod my case so that the PSU cables used for the lights will have a switch on the back of the case so as that im not using them when i dont want

Just buy all the parts yourself from like NCIX (canada), Tigerdirect, or Newegg, it'll be a lot cheaper than having someone else build it for you...a lot cheaper lol.

Same company...

and dell's suck. In 3 years, my tally for laptop is:

3 motherboards, 2 LCDs, 2 Harddrives, 2 Keyboard, 2x the COSMETIC plastic (which just so happens to support the LCD). I think that's it. At least their warranty is good. God knows without it, I would've gotten rid of that POS much, much sooner.

Dell is garbage. When Dell bought Alienware, Alienware became garbage. It's no longer overpriced though, but it's still garbage.
