So currently i have a lv12 bower pure str ( all mastery's at lv 7) and planning to farm at lv16 ..
Now i want to know how much hours will it take to get 1k Sp??
And from how much sp will farming getting bored ( not neccesary tho).

1K SP ? well dunno Very fast . u will get Bored at 4-5K lol but farming is needed .

Ok , atm i have about 250 SP, im about to farm at least 3k Sp, so i can go 0 gap to lv20 fast and then go with 3 gap or something will that work out ?
Cause at later lvs if needed i will farm again.

i think you should farm all at one time or else when you need to farm again you have to lower your masteries.

from my experience i got 300sp per hour farming at bandits den with 9 gap and 1 hit bandit archers. to accumulate 1000sp with the same conditions, it would take you about 3 hours and 20 minutes.

Bow is REALLY hard to farm for when you're a high level, so you better get most of it done now. You CAN farm at bandit stronghold but you won't make that much SP. Probably about 2k per day if you can wait it out. So you'll be sitting there for about 150 days before you can even think about 0 gapping up to 90. You'll also need kickass equipment (int + str increases on everything you have, durability increase so you can last longer, and AT least an SoS + 5 bow if you're PURE STR and you're planning on one hitting them)

I would just see about Ong Powerleveling. If you can't afford it - there are other options. Raising a really strong character as your first character is a hard task. I went through at least 10 other characters before I got the one I'm on just now. You'd probably be better off 0 gapping a Pure INT char up to something like 64 (should take a couple of months) and then use it to Pfarm your Pacheon char at ongs. Otherwise if you have enough gold you can buy it yourself. Some guilds also offer plvling in order to get their GP up.

Look out for academies as well, they seem to offer pfarming/lvling.
