Too tall.

The text is a little bland. It kinda just looks... plonked down on the picture, without much care. White would go better with what the character is wearing, and have you heard of Fonts?

On the plus side, the character is cut out well and nicely blurred. But she seems lost in that sea of blue, it's just too plain. Even a border around the edge would break up the monotony.

I think you should rearrange the composition. The character slap-bang in the middle of the image means the text has to fit in the side, and then what happens? You have a great big chunk of blue on the other side not doing anything.

A better composition would be having the character to one side, and maybe the text at the other side. Oh, and don't forget that it's too tall. Make it like 200px high at the most, otherwise it becomes annoying for the rest of us having to scroll past it whilst reading threads.

I guess that's all I think.
