you've basicly limited your list of recomendations to what yo've already watched with the "But i have to say that i dont really like mecha and fireweapon based animes. Mostly I like animes with martial arts, samurai sword fights and stuff like that." comment.

Yoiu might like Bamboo blade, it's got some awesome Kendo action. Ergo Proxy is also pretty good, you probably won't like it though.

The series becomes involuntarily funny thanks to the subs, although the subbers can't be blamed for that. But it somehow makes you grin when little girls in kendo gear and bamboo blades are screaming for "men" on the top of their voice.
I'll leave you to find out for yourself why they do, but I can assure you that it's not because they are sexually starved or such.
