Fast level chinese light int then powerfarm the new chars to 1.5m sp and those done for the 100cap
No point to old way to farm sp, you won't reach 1.5m sp in ages.

It may be weaker, but I'd prefer to have the +7. If he +ed it himself than he has the right to brag as to where the som is only +3, which is very easy to obtain.
