Fastest Leveling Solo Build

What is the fastest leveling solo build for both Chinese, Euro and both. Take everything into account like Deaths, SP Cost, ability or inability to reliably kill giants (AKA you get killed by them), Walking Speed (Don't consider drugs do consider Range as compensation), and of course the ability to kill monsters.

Consider everything carefully. Although a Wizard/Cleric is reliable and kills monsters quickly, other builds cost significantly less SP and Walk Faster too. Consider that the character is not going to be fully farmed first and that no silk would be used. Although you can consider it based on all those things I say, If you feel you would best level with a certain build without basing it off anything say that too (With an explanation).

Rogue/bard or pure Rogue
If you go pure rogue and only take the xbow skills, you can 0gap to cap, if you take xbow+bard you can take 2gap I think.

Chinese also dont die when confronted with 2-3 party mobs of the same lvl when they are solo, I'm going to say pure int bow for max lvling speed with just light and pach tree and a little ice for snow.

Agreed. But I'm still looking for opinions because of me not caring how long it really takes to level. I'm just looking for a good soloer. Faster time to 90, or 100 as the case may be, is just an added bonus. My considerations at the moment are...

Rogue/Bard (XBow only farm Bard party skills at cap)
Weapon/Fire/Light, Fire/Light/Cold or Weapon/Light/Cold
Hybrid Bow/Light/Cold

What is everyone's opinion of those?

I'm not considering for how godly a build is at PvP or anything as you may have noticed. If I was I'd obviously pick a Warrior/Cleric... I'm playing this game for fun I find it too frustrating to play it any other way. I want everything to be as smooth and as fun as possible. Which is why I'm hesitant to just create a Rogue/Bard which was my original choice. Wheres the fun in running away from giants and party mobs as JKMB said...

Oh and might as well just keep the questions rolling. Could anyone suggest a server, not Venus and no I'm not a bot. IDC if it's bots or legit or w/e. Minimal amount of global spam and a nice community, preferably with people from SRF.

Thats like asking, eeney meeny miney moe, how exactly do you a live tiger by the toe? that takes some mad skillz. and then to just let it go? no, if i could catch a tiger by the toe without getting mauled, then i surely would not just be letting it go. i could keep that tiger and carry it by it's toe to show everyone my talent. then i would let them try and watch as they get torn to shreds. of course they would pay me to try it, so i would be getting paid to be entertained.

Xbow rogue's are really good in solo, they have excellent damage, then stack that up with their insane range, they can gather exp rather fast. Bard sub's good for soloing also; you have moving/swing march for speed, and noise as an aggro depressant. At higher levels, coupled with a few vigor pots, you can at least solo a giant. Also, dependent on the server and how rampant plvling is, pt mobs might or might not be a hassle.

If you're looking for an "all-rounder" Chinese int build that's a really good soloer, I'd either go weap/fire/light, or weap/light/cold. Weapon skills can help in some tight situations where you need to disable some key opponents or you bite the dust (talking PvE still).

Hybrid Int 2:1 for Bow. But I think I'm gonna do Rogue/Bard cuz I already have one made that's already over 20. I tried and tried to make a Chinese build with an acceptable amount of skills that I could gap with 3 or less to 90 but couldn't make one.

Does farming take a particularly long time while hand grinding? I think I can handle maybe farming twice if it takes less than a week to get myself back on track. I figure I'm favoring Hybrid Bow and Weapon/Fire/Light atm if farming periodically isn't that bad.

And for those of you with experience grinding Weapon/Light/Cold !NUKER! do you consider the reduced range of Lightning Nukes to be a hassle or is it fine in your opinion?

Hybrid bow with cold and light is great.
You level in no time from lv 31 onwards.

Also, xbow/bard is great. You can kill giants without Xbow Extreme and with some vigors.


I've had beautiful experiences with each of the two builds. Hybrid bow doesn't kill single mobs as fast as a rogue, but it can AoE grind, which is great for leveling speed, but at the cost of a pot (and durability) waste. A rogue 1-shots everything. Balances out in the end, IMO.

Even with 90 Bow/Lightning and 20 Cold I'd still need to farm sometime to have a gap lower than 3. Can someone give me some info on farming like how long it might take to farm a good amount of SP so I can continue on, like at Penons Nachals Snipers and Mages. Looking to maybe start farming at those point and hopefully 0 gap a good majority of the way from their. Something like farm a bunch at Penons and Nachals, 0 gap to Mages and farm to 90 on them.

Also, what Bicheon skills help with grinding for a nuker. It more seems like Bicheon is really only their for PvP.

anyway, I'd personally go rogue / bard.
it's a fun build and the SP isn't as crazy as other builds.
They can tank giants without much of a problem.. just need some vigor pots on you for the desperate times. KD and KB, you barely get hit before the thing is dead.
hybrid bow is icky imo, if it's a chinese char you choose go with an s/s

The fastest leveller for solo is definitely Rogue/Bard. You get moving speed, range with crossbow and noise so you don't get mobbed by aggressive mobs. If you only level Rogue mastery with crossbow skills, and all of the periferal skills (stealth, masks, poison etc.) and Bard mastery for noise and moving/swing march the total sp cost is 417,868. With dagger skills as well it is 623,354 sp. On a 0 gap you get 223,009 sp from 1 to 90. With a premium ticket it will be about twice that.
