Plants belong to the kingdom Plantae, now other organisms in this kingdom include trees and herbs.

Now, this kingdom is ESSTENTIAL to the survival of pretty much all animals. I believe dirt is the esstential for the survival of all animals, dirt=grass=cow=beef...or in the wild dirt=plants=deer/antilope=thus allowing wolfs/lions to eat...so my point in this is that as long as theres dirt, there be meat for us and our fellow onims and carnis to eat.

So my point is Plants - NEEDED

Also, yes that was a generalization for the sake of clear, universal english.

for us asian its rice=needed other stuff meh....don't know how veges keep it up, you have to eat like 2x more to get the stuff that you can get from one serving of beef/pork etc.

I had to clean that shit up.

Used to work in a pig slaughtery (don't know how you call it)and I had the worst machine you could imagine.

It was the first machine where they removed the pig's skin, and I had to clean up that shit -.-

You feed them, put their shit away, help the motherpig bear her little pigs and so. And then, after a while (they consider you their best friends ever) you kill your best friends. Rip them apart. You should see what they do to cows. Its awesome.

They strap the cows on this machine that flips them over then it moves and a spinning blade slices their necks and then the machine releases them and they bleed to death. Pretty intresting. I dont understand why they dont just cut the cattles head off but w/e.

I prefer whichever way gets the beef to my stomach faster ^^

Rice is needed because its a staple, but other stuff like meat is just for taste. Im a vegan and asian, but I still eat rice ... personally I find it little diffrent from eating rice with meat and other stuff. just subsitute it with dried&spiced tofu or something :/



The only thing that meat provides that vitamins/supplements and other foods cant compensate for is fat.. and cholesterol.

lul. I was 10, they told me to take one of the knives out of the back, grab a chicken, hold it down, and cut it's head off. Another time when I was 8 at an African market my Dad ordered a goat and in the market you can watch them kill the goat. They took a chainsaw and sawed it's head off. Their bodies always have spasms.

Using a chainsaw is far more humane than hacking it off with a machete and the animal doesn't suffer at all. Quick, easy, and almost completely painless. Even a gun isn't really humane because you're still killing it and it still feels pain. Then of course you have the case of infection. Stephanus outlined it well: It's like a contract between man and other animals. We keep your species alive, in exchange we're allowed to feast upon one of you from time to time.
