We all know what's happening but we're afraid to admit it. We, no.. not us, but our Parents and every generation after Roosevelt fell asleep. They failed us by relying to heavily on the government. Now we stand here, before the greatest collapse of this great nation, we stand here, in apparent awe. We remember what this country was founded upon, we remember why this country was founded, and we see these socialist attacks on liberty for what they are. No more [1]evils of two lesser candidates.

[1] One may be less "evil" than the other one but they're still evil. What reasonable person, after reviewing their options, would vote in evil? Don't let the MnM trick you. There are candidates out there that support liberty, sound money, non-interventionist foreign policy, and the free market. Vote for them, don't vote for "more of the same."

I typed it before and I'll type it again: What is happening is not the failure of free market capitalism, it is the failure of socialism and fascism, it is the failure of Government regulations, it is the failure of every generation before us, and it will be our failure if we vote in either of these candidates.

More socialism won't help. More regulations won't help. More wars won't help. More bailouts won't help. More lipstick on a pig won't help.

The Republican/Democrat duopoly has, for far too long, ignored the most important issues facing our nation. However, alternate candidates Chuck Baldwin, Cynthia McKinney, and Ralph Nader agree with Ron Paul on four key principles central to the health of our nation. These principles should be key in the considerations of every voter this November and in every election.

We Agree

Foreign Policy: The Iraq War must end as quickly as possible with removal of all our soldiers from the region. We must initiate the return of our soldiers from around the world, including Korea, Japan, Europe and the entire Middle East. We must cease the war propaganda, threats of a blockade and plans for attacks on Iran, nor should we re-ignite the cold war with Russia over Georgia. We must be willing to talk to all countries and offer friendship and trade and travel to all who are willing. We must take off the table the threat of a nuclear first strike against all nations.

Privacy: We must protect the privacy and civil liberties of all persons under US jurisdiction. We must repeal or radically change the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, and the FISA legislation. We must reject the notion and practice of torture, eliminations of habeas corpus, secret tribunals, and secret prisons. We must deny immunity for corporations that spy willingly on the people for the benefit of the government. We must reject the unitary presidency, the illegal use of signing statements and excessive use of executive orders.

The National Debt: We believe that there should be no increase in the national debt. The burden of debt placed on the next generation is unjust and already threatening our economy and the value of our dollar. We must pay our bills as we go along and not unfairly place this burden on a future generation.

The Federal Reserve: We seek a thorough investigation, evaluation and audit of the Federal Reserve System and its cozy relationships with the banking, corporate, and other financial institutions. The arbitrary power to create money and credit out of thin air behind closed doors for the benefit of commercial interests must be ended. There should be no taxpayer bailouts of corporations and no corporate subsidies. Corporations should be aggressively prosecuted for their crimes and frauds.

The CPD decides the participants of the debates and the questions asked at the debate. If there is a candidate that goes against the current status quo his/her views are not represented by the debate (i.e.) they're not included. The American people deserve to hear from all sides of the political spectrum.

They won't reach prosperity because the government runs on a [1]fascist system with some hint of socialism that grows with every bailout. The reason many don't reach prosperity is because the rule of law dictated by the constitution is not upheld. They can and will reach prosperity if they do it by themselves. In a true American system someone would not move to this country unless they had a service to offer or were able to fend for themselves. The system America has created, a system of theft, propaganda, and [2]socialism is deteriorating. Foreigners, like yourself, just don't understand how an ideal [3]laissez faire system should work. Hoover and Roosevelt pro-longed the great depression. In 1920 there was a depression that resolved itself within two years, without any gov't intervention. What happened in the 30s, that is more gov't regulations, is what led to the great depression. Had Hoover and Roosevelt stayed out of market affairs the depression that occurred would have been short lived. If the 1920-21 depression was about 1 year, the 1929 one would have been 3 years or less. What brought the economy up was not their reforms. What brought the economy up was war.

This means that government controls the means of production (industry) and distribution of goods. I have typed it before, America is going down a road. This road leads to socialism. "Socialism is the mechanism which transforms government from its noble role as a protector into a predator." If there is to be gov't it should never overstep it's role as protector of the individual rights of it's citizens. Socialism and fascism wish to trample on the rights of the individual for an illusion of "collective" rights and anyone that goes against the wishes of the whole is selfish. That belief is destructive to man and is bound to implode upon it's self. One cannot fix a little socialism with more socialism, especially when socialism is what caused the mess in the first place.

This means the government may not overstep it's boundaries. This means the role of government is to protect the rights of the individual, that is; life, liberty, and the protection of property rights. In a true free market the rights of the people would not be infringed upon for so-called "collective rights".

The market would be regulated by the market. Think of the market as a human body. The human body is constantly trying to maintain homeostases. If you take to much medicine you can harm your body, if you take steroids there are long-term consequences, if you become heavily reliant on drugs and start living from fix to fix you can destroy yourself. The market works in the same manner and is simply rejecting the overdose gov't bureaucrats try to feed it. The only solution is to let the market resolve the issue. That means a short depression, for some that means bankruptcy, and for most that means the beginning of a constitutional reign with liberty and justice for all.

I could go on and start talking about the nature of man but that would take several paragraphs and citations. The point I am trying to illustrate is that the current system with it's sprawling bureaucracy and socialist reforms is not, can not, and will not work in the United States of America.
