Wizard Blizzard Skill and Bloom Effect - Graphics Glitch?

I just happened to notice this weird graphics glitch whenever the Blizzard skill from the Wizard Cold Mentalist line is cast with the Bloom Effect on and off.

Is this supposed to happen, or is it just a graphical driver error on my end?

In the graphics ON

is the Black one below the Niya?

or the Black lines shade's from the clouds?

Its the fact that theres weird blackish lines going through the animation with bloom effect turned on; and the fact that it looks more glassy than snowy, if you get what I mean. I wonder why it does that, because with the skill Snow Wind, that effect never happens regardless of having the Bloom Effect filter on or off; its only with Blizzard.

its not on your graphic card..

on my own opinion if you look at the black line below the is their shadow that faded... i think the black lines has just faded that looks like a glitch... dont think it is on your card maybe just a glitch...

Same thing happened to me too. It's not your graphic card. It's a glitch i think.

Yeah i guess it's a bug in the graphic design of it, and it makes me lagg like hell when a wizard is using that skill near me.

No, he doesnt use life turnover ... He has a 10 str bonus from premium too ... I cant get it ... Im 79 full int/wizard/ no premium and i have 8k...

No, he doesnt use life turnover ... He has a 10 str bonus from premium too ... I cant get it ... Im 79 full int/wizard/ no premium and i have 8k...

maybe on your gear? your gear could have HP and STR ?..... im just Guessing LOL

My gear is mostly NPC+3, with little blues, mostly INT blues and stuff like that.. I only use Premium Gold, so I just get STR 3 and INT 3 from that. My gear sucks, thats all

. STR stones always fail on me, and if they don't its usually something shitty like STR 1 or something. I tried fixing my HP on my 80 legs and it went from 250 -> 30

But yeah, I was wondering if that was just a glitch on my end or if everyone got that.

Oh nice glitch, I think is the graphic card...
I preffer dont use Bloom Effect, or my card will die T_T

it happens on mine too, so it's no glitch or anything bad. It's more likely fromt he skills effect, joxmax must have made that. It does the bloom effect looking thing on my comp, even without bloom effect.

I turn bloom off because i find those black lines to be quite buggy/annoying.

The Bloom effect makes the difference. It's made like that on purpose.
Bloom Effect pawns, but sometimes it irritates your eyes.

its obvious its there in the first one and the boxes don't stay forever, and on a longer cast skill or something already cast it could be almost if not already gone by then
