Hello, I got this short movie.
it's a realy happend story: "A son says against his 55 old father, dad do you want to run a marathon with me? The father, who has a heart disorder says YES. They converge a marathon. Son asks: Dad do u still want to run a marathon with me? Father says yes. On a day the son asks " to its father; Dad do you want to do the "ironman" with me? "The Ironman" is the heaviest triatlon which exists there (4 km swim, 180 KM bicycles and then 42 km run). Father says yes.

This doenst sound very exciting, but watch the movie.

Damn, and I already have a lot of respect for the physical shape of the people who do the Iron Man without carrying someone along.
That man is for sure the iron man.
