Fire Shield Flower, Still % or fixed?
So does it still work with %? Because I have some 10% stuff i could make 20, but i'd rather not mess up any of the other blues since whites are 70% and freeze and poison are already 20. Was gonna mess with light and fire since they 10%. But is fire shield flower still based on %?

I was testing it a few days ago..and it seemed like it was fixed. I wasn't immune to fire even with 102% technical immunity. Looks like it takes off accessory % off then the rest is down to fireshield. I could be wrong though, didn't really test it that well.
