I need some advice

Hey all, I just started a bowman character, and I'd like to make it something like this: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=92905&start=0&st=0&sk=t&sd=a

I'm just new to the game so I dont understand some things. Like what does this 70:70 mean? And how should I distribute my stat points at low levels? Also, if you guys have a better idea what force to get, feel free to post them. I would just like to have force, but Im not sure about the other force trees.

70:70 means that ur phys. and mag. balance are both at 70 when u are nakedas in no equips
stat points should be distributed to get phys and mag balance even
lets say u have 71 phys and 69 mag u should give 1 point to int to boost it to 70:70
and keep them even
i recommend u also get fire since it has the highest damaging imbue+phys atk boost and mag defense boot and u also get immunity from statuses
